Luftbilder Ostseefjord Schlei, Schloss Gottorf, Anflug Westen | Schloss Gottorf in Schleswig: Das Archäologische Landesmuseum Schleswig, auch bekannt als Museum für Archäologie Schloss Gottorf, befindet sich auf der Schlossinsel in Schleswig und zählt zu den bedeutendsten Museen seiner Art in Nordeuropa. Es ist Teil der Stiftung Schleswig-Holsteinische Landesmuseen Schloss Gottorf, die seit 1999 beide Häuser unter einem Dach vereint. Das Museum besitzt mehr als 10 Millionen Funde aus 80.000 Jahren Menschheitsgeschichte, wobei der größte Teil aus Ausgrabungen in Schleswig-Holstein stammt.
